the paper I used for this work was a cold press Strathmore watercolor paper. it is kind of a student paper, very absorbent and resistant, but the texture is not adequate for detailed work. I use it for watercolor experiments, like this one. usually I use Crescent illustration boards #301 and Winsor & Newton cold press watercolor paper.
