as expected, i rejected the former version and started another one, more carefully rendered. more focus on the pencil work. i think i like this version best.

Wow! Just beautiful Patricia. I'll bet you wish you were at the same place I wished I was last night...the Vali Myers opening in Melbourne! I probably could have gone, but it would really stretch the finances at the moment, especially as my 'free accommodation' in Melbourne (my brother) decided to visit Perth at the same time! But it's so lovely to see him I can't complain...maybe I'll make it to the book launch next year! :)
