Hi Patricia - I've been trying to work my way around Blogger myself, & I've noticed some artists have that cool little toolbar up the top that users can navigate to see your bio/artist statement, plus any other links... how do you install that via blogger? Does it require HTML?
hi Jasmine! usually you pick one of the ready made templates offered by Blogger (they all come with that navigation bar) and change the template. on the Blogger Dashboard, click on "Template", then "Customize", and you will be taken to the "Blogger Template Designer", where you will see all the available templates and the resources to customize them. hope it works well for you!
